Paperless Ship Initiative Developed and implemented "Paperless Ship Initiative" for the U.S. Navy procuring and managing the initial installations of Navy's SNAP II contract. PC-based WORM and CD-ROM systems digitalized technical manuals, log books, forms, correspondence and a myriad of other records (ultimately) reducing up to 22-tons of paper on each ship. Worked extensively with U.S. Navy committees.
